PM-Agile Certifications
Before diving into the training programs, signing up for certificate preparations, please take a look at below pointers. Though certs can boost your career but it doesn’t act as only requisite for landing you in your dream job. So,
- Build your experience by practicing what you learnt, applying the learnings in your work.
- Shadow your colleagues who are doing project management activities, understand what they do and get small tasks assigned to yourself.
- Keep learning, Keep practicing and identify your gaps.
- Build your connections with like-minded individuals and whom you are aspiring to be.
I am someone who is not a fan of doing crash courses to attain credentials. I take my own time, learn it thoroughly, take enough time to practice it and appear for certification which would help me in the long run. Certifications are also a nice way of validating your on-going work, it acts as a proof of your skills.
